Well Connected

There is nothing better than being well connected.  There is a "Cookie Lady" at my mother's work.  She doesn't have a storefront or anything like that.  As far as I know she  just makes cookies for people who work in her public school district office.  Her cookies are out of this world.  She makes probably fifty different types.  One of my favorites is a ball glove with a spherical ball cookie attached.  My mother usually brings them to the holiday parties and always lets the kids pick out the type they want for their birthdays at school.  Yep, that's right, I have never stressed out the night before my childrens' birthday about what treat I should make.
