Lunch break with stained glass cookies. For the record, Jolly Ranchers are the way to go for hard candy with these. Ron made Pasta of Forbidden Love. I found this recipe online a few years ago when I was trying to find a way to use up some extra pepitas. It is one of my favorite dishes. Noodles are topped with a butternut squash sauce and the garnished with pomegranate seeds, pepitas, walnuts, and gruyere cheese.
