Seven Hours to Go

Although I would be afraid to run into her in a dark alley I am pleased with her.  She kind of reminds me of the ugly step-sister from the Shrek movies.  I also used my son's hot air balloon with some slight alterations.  Now it encourages guests to take a balloon ride with Virgania Horsen.  This is floating above the serving table:
