The Chinese New Year is this Friday, it is the Year of the Rabbit (and guess who has a rabbit). I am actually having the party on Saturday. This will be the fourth time I have done a Chinese New Year. It will be a larger crowd this year, about thirty people. In the past I have done a seated dinner with a specialized place setting for each person. I am not knowing if I can pull that off with thirty. I will have to do some thinking.
