Here's the part where I ask you to participate. My husband and I were talking about magical memories from childhood parties we attended. I was hoping you might leave your best childhood party memories in the comments. I will address this issue more fully tomorrow.
My birthday when I was in the 2nd grade was awesome. My sister Katy (shingdig queen) threw it for me. If I was in the 2nd grade, then she was still in high school. She made a huge scavenger hunt for my guests and myself. There were also cupcakes that resembled mice, complete with black licorice whiskers. We should have know then that this was coming!
